SEPTEMBER´S SPOTLIGHT IS ON OUR OFFICE MANAGER: ISABELLA SINIK

Bella joined Xenit in 2017 as Manager for our Goteborg office. When she first began, one of her main responsibilities was to have control over the office phones, answering calls and taking messages etc. 
Bella was essentially "the face" of the Gbg office; communicating with & welcoming visitors, AND the back end; taking charge of office maintenance and ordering of supplies. 

As Xenit grew, Bella's responsibilities shifted and she became more involved with events and activities - earning her the title of vibe master ✨
Whether it´s smoothie afternoons, pizza nights, fettisdagen or big scale events like summer conferences and christmas parties, Bella is your go-to-girl. 

Bella also does a lot of work for Xenit in partnership with Wale Wale - a non profit organisation which supports young people in vulnerable environments in Nairobi, Kenya. She organises activities and fundraisers, and is also integral for all our other charity work, including Save the Children and F*ck Cancer. 

On a daily basis, Bella makes everyone´s lives easier by being responsible for internal routines and policies, organising travel bookings (and partnerships with hotels, airlines, taxi firms) making presentations, ordering, dealing with budget, on and off boarding, and much more. 
(Not to mention, if you can´t find something, she´s the all seeing eye of Kungstorget 7) 👁️

Bella believes strongly in finding one's own sense of purpose in everyday life. Of course, not everything will turn out perfect, but she manages to find a way to keep positive in the most unlikely circumstances.
She believes that mistakes are integral to your ability to learn and as long as you approach your work with curiosity and creativitiy you´ll get there in the end.
