Stages of our Recruitment Process
First contact with Xenit
Whether you've been scouted on LinkedIn, referred by a friend, or applied directly to one of our adverts - we hope that you always come away with a positive impression of Xenit and it's employees ✨
It's more than likely that your first contact will be with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Abigail Chapman, who usually takes the first introduction call, and will guide you through your recruitment journey.

First Interview
If you seem to meet the requirements for the position, you will likely be booked in for a first interview with the relevant Business Area Manager.
You will talk a little about your technical background, your motivations and your current employment situation. You will also be presented with an overview of Xenit and will be given the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.
Technical/Team Interview
Your second interview will have more of a technical focus, so you will likely meet your immediate Manager/Team Lead or another technical person from your team. They will ask you a little more about your skillset - Areas in which you excel, those which you would like to develop more. You will also get the chance to ask more technical focused questions, or find out more about the day-to-day work as a Xenit employee. 👩💻👩🏽💻
References
We will ask you for a few names of potential references, (ex-colleagues or managers preferably) which our Head of Talent or HR Personnel will check. 🔍
Employment and Induction
Huzzah! You have signed a contract and are now employed by Xenit - Stort grattis to you, and to us! 🥳
Once your notice period is over, you will begin your first day at Kungstorget 7. Two exciting introductory weeks await, with (among other things) lunch in town on your first day, introductory team meetings, many, many coffee breaks and Friday beers to help you settle into your role and get to know your new work family 🥂👨👩👧👦
