Stages of our Recruitment Process
First contact with Xenit
Whether you've been scouted on LinkedIn, referred by a friend, or applied directly to one of our adverts - we hope that you always come away with a positive impression of Xenit and it's employees ✨
It's more than likely that your first contact will be with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Abigail Chapman, who usually takes the first introduction call, and will guide you through your recruitment journey.

First Interview
If you seem to meet the requirements for the position, you will likely be booked in for a first interview with the relevant Business Area Manager or Team Manager.
You will talk a little about your technical background, your motivations and your current employment situation. You will also be presented with an overview of Xenit and will be given the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.
Technical/Team Interview
Your second interview will have more of a deep technical focus, so you will likely meet a couple of our Engineers (perhaps paired with a Team Manager, if they are also technical). They will ask you a little more about your skillset, the areas in which you excel and those in which you would like to develop more. You will also get the chance to ask more technical focused questions, or find out more about the day-to-day operations as a Xenit employee. 👩💻👩🏽💻
Office Visit
If you have not yet had chance to visit your closest Xenit office, you will be given the chance to do so - meeting your prospective managers/colleagues IRL.
References
Circumstance depending, we may ask for a few names of potential references, (ex-colleagues/managers preferably) which our Head of Talent or direct manager will check. 🔍

Employment and Induction
Huzzah! You have signed a contract and are now employed by Xenit - Stort grattis to you, and to us! 🥳
Once your notice period is over, you will begin your first day. A few exciting introductory weeks await, with (among other things) lunch in town on your first day, introductory team meetings, many, many coffee breaks and Friday beers to help you settle into your role and get to know your new work family 🥂👨👩👧👦
