JUNE'S SPOTLIGHT IS ON BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: ALEXANDRA SOHLIN ERIKSSON

Alexandra first started her career in Sales in 2012 – the same year Microsoft launched Office 365 and Intune 🤯
Her main focus was reaching out to customers and introducing them to “cloud services,” which at the time was a brand-new concept... Interesting to think about now, when it’s second nature for most businesses! She held demos for the curious and forward-thinking clients, but as the Swedish market is not exactly famous for being early adopters of anything, most were interested – but hesitant to jump in. A challenging gig, some might say! 

After six months, she joined a licensing team where she spent her days helping customers navigate the complex world of licensing, with her role combining advisory with good old fashioned sales work.

Eventually, she felt ready for a new challenge and joined a company which is actually now part of the Co-native family (small world!)
She had a hybrid role, focused on both service sales and delivery - working closely with customers on planning, co-ordinating and driving improvement 🚀

In 2022, she joined Xenit as a Service Delivery Manager with a responsibility for ensuring high-quality service delivery to a number of key clients. Her focus is to ensure that Xenit's services run smoothly and that customers are satisfied with their user experience - and of course -with Xenit as their IT partner!
It is important that customers have a competent poc that they can trust, who ensures a seamless business relationship, so that we are able to retain existing customers and encourage new ones 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻

Last year, Alexandra stepped into a new role that she had been dreaming of for a long time... She became a mother to a wonderful baby girl 👩🏻‍🍼 
She spent a year at home with her daughter, and describes it as a truly magical time. While it was a little emotional for her to return to work, she was excited to reconnect with her clients and focus on her career again. 
At Xenit, we believe it is important that people are able to have children without experiencing an impact on their career development/professional growth.
