FEBRUARY'S SPOTLIGHT IS ON OUR SPECIALIST ENGINEER: 
HANESSA MILASZEWSKI

Hanessa joined the Xenit family in 2015 as a 17 year old intern, and worked in the Service Desk. She was immediately fascinated by technology and built close relationships with her colleagues, so was soon offered a permanent position 🥳

Hanessa followed Xenit’s career track, progressing from Support Specialist in 2016, to Support Expert in 2019. In this time, she remained working as part of Service Desk, but with the addition of new team members, was also responsible for coaching new technicians and aiding experienced engineers in more advanced cases.

In 2020, Hanessa joined our Workspace Team as an Engineer, working with products such as Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop. In 2021, she was promoted to Specialist Engineer, where she now acts as a Technical Lead in a number of projects. Hanessa works with a large variety of clients, including some of our most classified, meaning she now has her own top secret office (ooh la la!) 🕵🏽‍♀️

Hanessa has gained recognition within her field in the form of certifications (Citrix CCE-V, Microsoft AZ-140 etc.), being nominated for IT Woman of the Year 2017 by Universum, winning Xenit’s Ambassador of the Year Award for Brilliance (2023), and for becoming a speaker at multiple educational events (AVD Tech Fest and Citrix User Group Sweden).
