W H A T   W E   N E E D 🙏🏻
We are looking for a Identity Specialist to join our Collaboration Team. You will provide an important offering within the Identity and Security space; taking our customers from planning stages, through implementation and beyond. 

Examples of potential tasks:
- Designing and implementing Identity and Access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Governance
- Conducting assessments of clients' existing Identity infrastructure and providing recommendations for improvements
- Providing guidance on best practices for securing identities and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Delivering training and workshops to clients on identity-related topics and technologies.
- Troubleshooting and resolve Identity and Access issues; demonstrating a solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud security features.

C O U L D   Y O U   B E   A   M A T C H ?

We believe our next Identity Specialist has:
- Good experience in designing and implementing identity and access solutions within Microsoft Cloud; including Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory on-prem.
- A good understanding of Conditional Access Policies 
- A good understanding of Microsoft 365, as well as hybrid environments
- Knowledge of modern work practices, cloud-based architectures, and security protocols.
- Strong analytical skill and ability to design scalable and secure identity solutions
- Relevant Microsoft focused certifications.

It is a BONUS if you have:
- Experience with scripting and automation for identity-related tasks using PowerShell
- Familiarity with solutions in multi-cloud environments and/or multi tenant organizations.
- Certifications in identity or security related technologies
- Experience working in consulting roles, engaging directly with customers

- Can understand/analyse complex issues quickly

- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do 💕
