AI agents are only as useful as the information they can reach, and only as safe as the permissions around them. Our Information Management team builds a foundation in Microsoft 365 and the AI agents that act on top of it - we need a developer who wants to do both!

You’ll join our Information Management team in Modern Work; building solutions on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure for our customers.
Most assignments are 365 development at heart, but some also include AI (such as agents that work with customers’ information, helping complete tasks in their processes). A solid Microsoft 365 foundation is what makes AI useful and safe.

We're open to both mid-level and senior developers. As a senior, you'll also shape frameworks and best practice, review code and support our less experienced colleagues. And as a slightly more junior dev you will grow into your responsibilities with a talented team behind you.

Examples of potential tasks...

• Build web parts, features and apps with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript and Fluent UI.

• Design and build AI agents that plan, reason and complete tasks across Microsoft 365, not just answer questions.

• Build agents in code with Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework, including multi-agent workflows.

• Give agents the right tools: expose Microsoft Graph and SharePoint through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) so they can act safely.

• Make customers' information agent-ready: permissions, sensitivity labels, retention and governance in Microsoft Purview.

• Develop APIs and backend logic in .NET on Azure: Functions, App Service, Logic Apps and webhooks.

• Where it fits, extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with Copilot Studio and declarative agents.

• Use Claude Code and other AI coding tools as a natural part of how you build, test and document
  
  

C O U L D Y O U B E A M A T C H ?

• Several years of hands-on development on Microsoft 365 and Azure (roughly 3+ for mid-level and 5+ for senior)

• Solid experience with SPFx, React and TypeScript, and with .NET for web apps and APIs

• Experience building on Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Entra ID

• Experience with Azure Functions, App Service or Logic Apps, and with CI/CD in Azure DevOps or GitHub

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, such as an agent, tool calling or a RAG solution, at work or in your own projects

• Frequent use of AI tools such as Claude and opinions on the strengths and weaknesses of these tools.

• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.

It is a bonus if you have...

• PnP tools such as PnPjs, PnP PowerShell or the PnP Core SDK, or contributions to the PnP community

• Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel or similar agent frameworks

• Agentic patterns such as multi-agent orchestration, agent evaluation and human-in-the-loop

• Building or consuming MCP servers

• Azure AI Search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility: Copilot Studio, declarative agents or the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK

• Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Lifecycle Management

• Document and records management (ECM) on SharePoint Online or on-premises

• Lifecycle management of Teams, sites, accounts and permissions
