OCTOBER'S SPOTLIGHT IS ON PRODUCTIVITY CONSULTANT: JOSEFIN STENMARK ✨

Josefin joined Xenit in August 2023 as a Productivity Specialist (within Microsoft 365 and related services), but originally, she began her career with a heavy focus on both people, and the environment - a big plus for us here at Xenit! 🌍🫂
She worked for several years as a Workshop Leader and Project Associate at Friends of the Earth (focusing on climate justice, food and sustainability), before moving into Adult Learning.

When she first joined the Study Association, her responsibilities were based around craftism, recycling and sustainability, but it is there that she first took an interest in technology.
Josefin took on a role as Business Developer & Communicator, where she was responsible for developing the accessibility of adult education in a digital format, and for the region's implementation of Microsoft 365.

Once she was in the world of tech, there was no going back *cue evil laugh* 😈
After working at her first private consulting firm, as a project communicator within 365, Josefin knew that the Microsoft ecosystem was the place for her.
She soon found us here at Xenit and has been providing untold value ever since.

Today, Josefin works as a Productivity Consultant where she leads implementation projects, takes part in inspiration sessions, (demonstrating how to leverage Microsoft 365 tools for enhanced productivity) and provides workshops/training - delivering customized Microsoft 365 sessions tailored to customers' unique needs.

Josefine (along with our very own Oliwer Sundgren) has been integral to our co-pilot work, and helping us to win Microsoft Partner of the Year Sweden 🎉
She appears on podcasts, she's involved in endless webinars, and will soon join our MVP, Amanda Sterner, speaking at the Scottish Summit in Aberdeen.
(Is there no end to the things she can do?!)
