MAY'S SPOTLIGHT IS ON OUR HARDWARE MANAGER: VICTOR CHI
Victor's journey in tech began on a sunny August day in 2021, as he embarked on his role as a Support Technician at Xenit. Armed with a passion for problem-solving, he dove headfirst into the world of tech support. He spent his days focusing on customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues, and he soon discovered his knack for Microsoft Infrastructure 💻
Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Victor dedicated himself to acquiring additional expertise in the field, and quickly completed three Microsoft certifications. Soon after, he developed into the role of Support Specialist.
With two children already enriching his life and a third on the way, 👨🏻🍼 Victor found himself navigating the delicate balance between career aspirations and family responsibilities. After parental leave, Victor returned to Xenit, interested in new challenges.
In March this year, Victor transitioned into the role of Hardware Manager at Xenit - A perfect role for someone who loves new tech and hardware products (i.e. processors, next-gen graphics cards etc.)
In this role he wears multiple hats, serving as the bridge between internal operations and external stakeholders. From managing internal tickets to overseeing all orders at our esteemed Xenit Store, Victor is enjoying all that this new role has to offer.
Our Head of Talent can vouch for Victors skill, as he was the first person to be able to fully fix her work phone - Thanks Victor!
In addition to his professional pursuits, Victor also channels his competitive spirit into the world of e-sports. Alongside some of his colleagues, he represents Xenit as part of our Counter Strike 2 team; currently competing in Företagsserien, Sweden's corporate league. 💪🏻
Victors time at Xenit has been defined not only by professional milestones but also by the relationships forged, and lessons learned along the way. Each interaction (whether with colleagues or customers) has shaped him into the resilient and adaptable professional he is today
