I started with Xenit in 2012 in a position within Service Desk, and in 11 years have progressed to Head of Technology. This was made possible by an organisation which takes a real interest in its employees, encourages growth, and prioritizes kindness in everything they do. Ideas are embraced and we are constantly learning from each other so we are able to explore new offerings together.

After almost 8 years working at Xenit, I can proudly say that I’m very happy that I ended up here. When you’ve been in one place for a long time, it’s easy to wonder if the grass is greener somewhere else. But I’ve found, that although every company has its strengths and weaknesses, Xenit has its focus and its heart in the right place, and is constantly adapting and improving each year. Nowadays, I wonder if there is anywhere else that has such green grass
