WHAT WE NEED 🙏🏻
We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer who wants to be involved in shaping intelligent automation solutions with the help of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and surrounding AI platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and further developing advanced Copilot agents and conversational solutions. To succeed, you will need to have documented experience working in Copilot Studio, including configuring conversations, actions, plugins, and integrations.

You will work closely with the business and translate needs into scalable and secure AI solutions. We are a brand new and small team that has plans for tactical growth.

Examples of potential tasks:

• Develop and configure Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and ensure robust conversation design, modeling, and functionality.

• Work with integrations via Graph API, REST services, Azure Functions, and other APIs to create seamless connections between Copilot and your business systems.

• Design scalable architecture for agent and AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.

• Develop pipelines and structures for LLM-driven development, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.

• Collaborate with businesses and project teams to take solutions from idea to production.

• Inventive and good at "hatching" ideas about how and when to use agents while you have to know when not to use agents (but instead just make a logical application).

COULD YOU BE A MATCH?
We believe our next developer has:

• Several years of experience in development within Microsoft's platforms, and specific work with Copilot Studio in live deliveries

• An understanding of how to build conversational AI solutions based on Large Language Models (and good knowledge of how data should be structured, secured and made available to AI agents)

• Worked with complex integrations

• Experience managing enterprise environments where requirements for security, governance and architecture are central
  

It is a bonus if you have:

• Experience with Azure AI, Dataverse, Power Platform and building actions or plug ins

• Experience in an architectural/advisory focused role
  

We also believe that you are a person who:

• Acts on their own initiative, looks inward and takes responsibility for their work

• Has an interest in customer facing work, as well as product work. Skilled in providing consulting services and coming up with creative solutions

• Collaborates effectively with others and builds good relationships

• Can see the "bigger picture" - has business acumen and can consider all factors when providing solutions.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English
