W H A T   W E   N E E D  🙏🏻
Xenit's Modern Work business area consists of three separate teams: Collaboration, Endpoint and Information Management. As the business area continues to grow successfully, we are looking for a talented Information Management Specialist who will take on both technical and operational responsibility for the IM Team.
We're looking for someone who comes from a background as a technical consultant, who has either recently begun their leadership journey, or would like to do so now.

The split of management vs. technical delivery is 50/50% for this position and so although managing your team will take up a fair portion of your work, you will still be expected to work as a technical consultant - This is why we need someone who still has a foot into the technology, and really knows the ins and outs of the IM sphere ⛹🏻


Examples of potential tasks:
- Technical implementation and/or Solutions Architecture within the IM sphere (very much dependent on skill level of chosen candidate).
- Responsibility for resource planning: Ensure optimal use of the teams competence into relevant assignments
- Working closely with Business Area Manager on strategy, and how best to implement for operational success.
- 1 to 1s with your team members
- Salary reviews/negotiations each year
- Recruitment: Deciding on needs, working closely with our Head of Talent in the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, job offering
- Pre-sale Engineering: Providing technical guidance to both business area managers and sales teams in customer discussions


C O U L D   Y O U   B E   A   M A T C H  ?
We believe our next Team Manager has:
- 6+ years within the Information Management sphere (M365, SharePoint, ECM, Cloud Development, Information Architecture, Information Security)
- Previous consulting work and good experience with a variety of customers
- Experience with pre-sale, governance & strategy
- A confident, senior presence in general

It is a bonus if you have:
- Any previous management/team leading experience (with positive results, of course!)
- A good network of loyal and satisfied customers

We also believe that you are a person who:
- Acts on their own initiative, makes things happen and takes responsibility for their work
- Wants to get the best out of their team, and focuses on team career development and satisfaction
- Is available and present for their team members when needed
- Has good communication skills - is open, transparent and direct in their instruction
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish AND English
- Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do 💕

Each quarter, we host Xenit Inspire where employees are able to share specialist knowledge, information about cool projects, and take part in tasks centered around innovation (workshops and hackathons).
