W H A T   W E   N E E D 🙏🏻
We are looking for a talented person within collaboration services (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Identity & Security) who will take on technical and operational responsibility for the Collaboration Team.
We're looking for someone who comes from a background as an engineer/consultant, who has either recently taken a step into leadership, or would like to do so now. 
The split of management vs. technical delivery is 70/30% for this position and so although managing your team will take up a large portion of your work, you will still be expected to work as a consultant in some part. This is why we need someone who still has a foot into the tech, and really knows the ins and outs of the collaboration sphere ⛹🏻 

Note: We would prefer if this person was sitting in Goteborg, or potentially in Malmo (in order to be a little closer to their team, and connected to a larger office space). 

Examples of potential tasks:
- 1 to 1s with your team members
- Salary reviews/negotiations each year
- Recruitment: Deciding on needs, working closely with our Head of Talent in the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, job offering
- Pre-sale Engineering:  Providing technical guidance to both business managers and sales teams in customer discussions
- Responsibility for Service Delivery: Ensure optimal use of the teams competence into assignments and managed service delivery
- Working closely with Business Manager on strategy, and how best to implement for operational success.
- Solution Architecture and/or technical implementation within the collaboration sphere (very much dependent on skill set/level of chosen candidate). 


C O U L D   Y O U   B E   A   M A T C H ?
We believe our next Team Manager has:
- 6+ years within the collaboration sphere (365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Identity)
- Previous consulting work and good experience with a variety of customers
- Experience with pre-sale, design & architecture
- A confident, senior presence in general

It is a bonus if you have:
- Previous management/team leading experience (with positive results, of course!)
- An existing network of customers

We also believe that you are a person who:
- Acts on their own initiative, makes things happen and takes responsibility for their work
- Wants to get the best out of their team, and focuses on team career development and satisfaction
- Is available and present for their team members when needed
- Has good communication skills - is open, transparent and direct in their instruction
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish AND English
- Above all else, displays kindness and compassion in everything they do 💕
